We recommend to use the Leading Voices app to select your personal programme. When you have a passe partout, you have received your personal login code by email by our partner Let’s Get Digital. Please check your mail or spamfolder for this or go to the central information desk at the event.

Notes about the schedule
1. Lectures last 1 hours, between lectures there is a break of 30 minutes so you can follow 2 different lectures each morning and each afternoon. You can choose each morning and afternoon between 8 different lectures.
2. Workshops last in the morning 2.30 hrs and in the afternoon maximum 3.00 hrs, including breaks. You can choose each morning and afternoon between 6 different workshops.
3. A total of 11 roundtables is offered. Roundtables are scheduled for one hour and start at 9.30, 11.00, 14.00 and 15.30. So it is possible to follow a lecture and a roundtable each morning and afternoon.
4. Two different masterclasses are offered. Each masterclass has its own schedule. In general masterclasses take place between 9.30 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 17.00 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Please be prepared that once you take part in a masterclass it is not possible to visit other sessions.

About the side programme
There is no separate time table for the side programme. The general schedule for the side programme is as follows

9.30 – 12.00 hrs – ateliers
10.00 – 17.00 hrs – walk-in programma EXPO (free entrance)
12.30 – 13.30 hrs – choir to choir concerts (free entrance)
14.00 – 15.30 hrs – workshops (3-5 parallel each day)
17.30 – 18.00 hrs – open singing (3 locations, each day on each location) (free entrance)

The Leading Voices app will only show the choir-to-choir concerts and the open singings as they are free accesible for the participants of the main programme.
